Recoly N.V. is a biotech company focusing on the discovery, development and commercialization of drug enhancing technologies that are used to create bio-better drugs with significant efficacy and safety advantage.
We are developing platform technologies and commercializing products using these technologies together with our partners and on our own. With our NecLip technology platform we have created a pipeline of long-acting hemophilia products in early to late stage clinical trials as well as a number of product candidates in pre-clinical stages.
Technologies
- NecLip (non-encapsulating liposomes) is based on the phenomenon whereby certain proteins and peptides that contain a specific sequence of amino acids spontaneously bind to the surface of our PEGylated liposome.
- Rec-200 is using small, long-circulating PEGylated liposomes, remote-loaded with amphipathic weak acid glucocorticoids for targeted treatment of autoimmune diseases.
